Ce matin j’avais rdv avec Tabbayt, un jeune homme d’une quarantaine d’années.
Nous avons discuté plusieurs heures, nous avons parlé de nos vies, nos parcours, nos projets.
j’étais fascinée par sa culture cinématographique et surtout en cinéma documentaire. Il a étudié en France et sa façon de voir le cinéma documentaire est proche de la mienne. Nous avons été façonnés par les mêmes réalisateurs, les mêmes théories.
Il me parle de son ami de longue date « Addas » avec qui il travaille. Ensemble, ils ont créé une boite de production audiovisuelle et de communication. Ils auraient besoin d’une assistante pour les aider dans la recherche de fonds pour certains projets documentaires en cours.
Après avoir longuement “brisé la glace”, Tabbayt me propose de lui envoyer mon CV.
Quelques jours plus tard, il me propose de venir rencontrer son ami producteur au bureau qui se trouve au dessus du café que je fréquente casi-quotidiennement.
Je me souviens m’être demandé si cela était aussi compliqué qu’en France de trouver un travail. Dans cette situation particulière, la boîte de production n’avait pas le budget pour m’engager en tant qu’employée à part entière mais un projet en attente de validation pourrait me permettre d’être assistante de production sur une mini série de fiction.
Parallèlement à cette rencontre cinéma, j’ai décidé d’envoyer mon CV au SCAC, à l’institut français ainsi qu’à l’Alliance Française de Nouakchott.
N’étant pas encore suffisemment à l’aise avec les taxis locaux, j’utilise un taxi validée par l’ONG où travaille Hobbi.
Comme c’est un peu plus cher que les taxis conventionnels, je pris tous les cv photocopiés et je partis les donner aux trois lieux différents durant le même après-midi.
J’aurais pu faire du porte à porte et proposer mes services dans différentes ONG, associations ou autre mais je ne suis pas encore très à l’aise, j’ai envie d’y aller doucement, je viens d’arriver après tout * mode autocompassion activé*
J’espère que quelque chose m’attend, que je vais vite trouver des activités, ce sentiment de vide et de manque de repères est vraiment déroutant.
